Another TEMA TM12000 Block Machine with European Technology Installed in Ethiopia

TEMA, a global leader in concrete block machine manufacturing, has successfully installed another TM12000 concrete block machine in Ethiopia. The machine, built with advanced European technology, is now fully operational and expected to significantly boost local production capacity for high-quality concrete blocks.

The newly installed TM12000 model features a large pallet size of 1300x950mm, capable of producing 12 pieces of 400x200x200mm hollow blocks per cycle. With a very big production output of 18,000 pieces of 400x200x200mm hollow blocks in just 8 working hours!

Equipped with a fully automatic Siemens PLC control system, the TM12000 ensures precise, reliable, and user-friendly operation. The integration of a Japanese Yuken hydraulic system delivers both powerful and smooth force transmission, significantly enhancing the machine’s durability and performance consistency.

To achieve superior block strength, the machine adopts a 2x16.5kW servo-driven vibration system, providing powerful and adjustable vibration force. This technology enables the production of high-strength hollow blocks that meet rigorous international standards, making them ideal for load-bearing walls and other critical construction applications.
