The TM12-25 is an economical, high-efficiency brick machine designed for mass production of cement bricks, solid bricks, concrete bricks, and other small, lightweight concrete products – all without pallets and with multi-layer stacking.
The TM12-25 utilizes a specialized multi-layer stacking technology that allows you to produce and stack cement and solid bricks without the need for traditional wooden, plastic, or steel pallets. This dramatically reduces your initial investment and ongoing replacement costs.
It is equipped with four 7.5 kW frequency inverter-controlled vibration motors. This high-powered setup provides consistent, efficient, and heavy-duty vibration force, ensuring the concrete products are densely compacted and structurally strong.
The machine features an integrated Smart Online Remote Service system connected to the German Siemens PLC. This allows our technical team to remotely monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot the control system instantly, resulting in near-zero downtime for your business.
